An Easy Dish: Nutritious Spinach Namul
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 tbsp *Sesame oil
- 1 tsp * Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp *Chicken soup stock powder
- 1 * Ra-yu
- 1 tsp * Grated garlic (tubed)
- 2 tsp * Toasted white sesame seeds
- Wash the spinach, and cut it up while it's still wet into 5 cm pieces.
- Put into a saucepan, cover with a lid and steam for 3 to 4 minutes until wilted.
- Take off the heat, let it cool down a bit, squeeze tightly to remove excess water and return to the pan.
- Mix in the * ingredients to finish.
