An Easy Dish: Nutritious Spinach Namul

  1. Wash the spinach, and cut it up while it's still wet into 5 cm pieces.
  2. Put into a saucepan, cover with a lid and steam for 3 to 4 minutes until wilted.
  3. Take off the heat, let it cool down a bit, squeeze tightly to remove excess water and return to the pan.
  4. Mix in the * ingredients to finish.
