Martha Washington's Plum Pudding Recipe
- 2 1/2 lbs. prunes
- 1 1/2 lbs. raisins
- 3/4 c. brandy
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoon mace
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pound beef suet, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated orange peel
- 1/4 c. grated lemon peel
- 1 pound citron
- 2 c. flour
- 7 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
