Easy Apple-Raisin & Shortbread Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix sugar, tapioca and cinnamon in large bowl.
  3. Add apples and raisins; toss to coat.
  4. Spoon into pie crust; top with cookie crumbs.
  5. Bake 50 min.
  6. or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
  7. Transfer to wire rack.
  8. Let stand 15 min.
  9. before serving topped with COOL WHIP.
