7 Up Cake

• 3 sticks butter softened
• 3 cups sugar
• 5 large eggs
• 3 cups cake flour
• 8 ounces 7-up
• 4 drops food coloring up to 5 drops
• 1 tablespoon lemon extract
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon coconut extract

1. Preheat the oven to 325F (160C).
2. 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of sugar blend.
3. Repeat process 3 times.
4. Add eggs, blend after each egg is added.
5. Add 1 cup of flour and 2 oz of 7 up blend well.
6. Repeat process for all 3 cups of flour.
7. Add drops of food color.
8. Blend.
9. Add extract, blend well after each Tbsp.
