Smart-Choice Creamy Beef & Noodle Casserole

• 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
• 3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
• 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, green beans, carrots, corn)
• 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup fat-free milk
• 1 cup water
• 1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Brown meat with onions and thyme in skillet; drain.
3. Spoon over noodles in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with vegetables.
4. Whisk soup, milk and water until blended; pour over vegetables.
5. Top with cheese; cover.
6. Bake 35 min.
7. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
