Chicken with Fruit And Cheese

  1. Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet until hot.
  2. Cook chicken in margarine until brown on both sides.
  3. Add water.
  4. Spoon pears over chicken.
  5. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle cranberries over chicken.
  8. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
  9. Serve with rice.
