Country Harvest Meatloaf
- 1 can (1 lb.) diced tomatoes
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1-1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 sm. onion minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Take the ground beef and break up in medium bowl.
- Add all of the ingredients (only half of the ketchup) and fold together making sure that all of the ingredients are even throughout the meat.
- Shape into the loaf form that you want and place in a 9x12-inch baking dish.
- Take the rest of the ketchup and spread evenly on top of the meatloaf.
- Cover with tin foil and place in the oven for 1 hour.
- For the last 15 minutes, uncover.
