Quick 'n Easy Risotto

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Stir in rice, water and wine.
  5. Bring to boil; cover.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Simmer 20 min.
  8. or until rice is tender.
  9. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese and the milk.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
