Italian Noodle Soup
- 4 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 12 oz Fettuccine Noodles (or another noodle type)
- 8 oz Spinach
- 3 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz. cans), Not Drained
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 5 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- If you are adding ground beef, brown it first and drain fat.
- Put broth in a large soup pot, heat until bubbling.
- Add in all other ingredients (break noodles in half to fit in pot) and cook until noodles are al dente (cooked).
- Serve hot with French bread!
