Creamy Garlic Mushrooms
- 175 grams mushrooms finely sliced
- 6 clove garlic finely sliced, 3 finely chopped or put through a press
- 1 pinch salt
- 25 grams butter
- 100 grams mascarpone
- Gently heat butter in a medium size pan.
- Add all the garlic and salt.
- Watch it sizzle.
- 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms.
- Keep stiring or shaking the pan (WITH THE LID ON) every so often for two minutes.
- Add mascarpone and heat gently.
- Serve with crusty bread.
