Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

  1. Gently heat butter in a medium size pan.
  2. Add all the garlic and salt.
  3. Watch it sizzle.
  4. 1 minute.
  5. Add mushrooms.
  6. Keep stiring or shaking the pan (WITH THE LID ON) every so often for two minutes.
  7. Add mascarpone and heat gently.
  8. Serve with crusty bread.
