Spicy Sesame Broccoli

  1. Cut the broccoli crowns into bite-size florets.
  2. Gently heat the soy sauce, oil, and wine in a medium skillet.
  3. Stir in the sugar.
  4. Add the broccoli and stir quickly to coat.
  5. Turn the heat to medium high and cover.
  6. Steam until the broccoli is bright green and just tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
  7. Uncover and stir-fry until any liquid remaining in the skillet is reduced.
  8. Stir in the sesame seeds, season with red pepper flakes to taste, and serve.
