Fried Ravioli
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 12 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 (13 ounce) packagefrozen lg. cheese ravioli, thawed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Cook Ravoili according to package directions.
- Let Cool.
- Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each ravioli in egg, then in crumb mixture to coat well on both sides.
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil; add ravioli; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden.
