Apple Nachos for Two
- 1 small whole wheat tortilla
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing
- 1 tsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Light Cheddar Cheese, shredded, divided
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray both sides of tortilla with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cut tortilla into 8 wedges; place on baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until crisp and golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Mix dressing and brown sugar replacement in small skillet on medium heat.
- Add apples; cook 5 min.
- or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Place tortilla wedges on 2 dessert plates; top with apples and cheese.
- Serve immediately.
