Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
  3. Cut pocket in each chop by carefully making horizontal cut in thickest side of chop, being careful not to cut all the way through to opposite side of chop.
  4. Fill pockets with stuffing.
  5. Press cut sides of each pocket together to seal.
  6. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Reserve remaining stuffing for later use.
  8. Bake 30 min.
  9. ; top with reserved stuffing.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. or until chops are done (145F).
  12. Remove from oven.
  13. Let stand 3 min.
  14. before serving.
