Stuffed Pork Chops
- 3 cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
- 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
- Cut pocket in each chop by carefully making horizontal cut in thickest side of chop, being careful not to cut all the way through to opposite side of chop.
- Fill pockets with stuffing.
- Press cut sides of each pocket together to seal.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Reserve remaining stuffing for later use.
- Bake 30 min.
- ; top with reserved stuffing.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until chops are done (145F).
- Remove from oven.
- Let stand 3 min.
