Blueberry Mold Recipe
- 1 box lemon jello
- 1/2 lb Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. Confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 can Whole blueberries, (not pie filling)
- 2 box black raspberry, grape, or possibly any dark jello
- Dissolve lemon jello in 1/2 c. warm water, set aside.
- Cream in mixer: cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and lowfat sour cream.
- Combine with lemon jello and pour into ring mold.
- Chill.
- Dissolve other 2 boxes jello in 1 1/2 c. warm water.
- Add in 1/2 c. juice from blueberries.
- Let sit awhile and add in blueberries.
- Pour over lemon jello in mold.
- Chill till set.
