MINUTE Easy Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Prepare rice as directed on package.
  2. Cook and stir chicken in 1 tablespoon hot oil in skillet 5 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables and sauce; cover.
  4. Simmer on low heat 4 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice.
