Frozen Cranberry Salad - Frozen Salad with Fruit Dressing

  1. Beat cheese until smooth.
  2. Add cranberry sauce, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Whip until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Place in freezer proof molds or a small pan and freeze.
  6. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf with fruit salad dressing.
  7. Mix sugar, salt, flour
  8. Add egg, then vinegar and lastly the Pineapple Juice stirring well after each addition.
  9. Cook over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
  10. Chill thoroughly before serving.
