Simple-Elegance Truffles

• - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
• 2 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
• 36 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1. Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl fitted with paddle attachment on medium-low speed until creamy.
2. Add OREO Pieces: mix well.
3. Roll mixture into 120 (1-inch) balls (or 40 balls for trial recipe).
4. Dip in chocolate.
5. Place in single layer in parchment-lined sheet pans.
6. Refrigerate until firm.
