Chocolate Oatmeal Lover's Cookies

• 12 cup butter, softened
• 12 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 34 cup brown sugar
• 12 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 cup dark unsweetened cocoa
• 2 12 cups flour
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 12 cup white chocolate chips
• 12 cup dark chocolate chips
• 12 cup pecans, chopped

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
3. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated.
4. Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and gradually stir into the wet mixture.
5. Stir in the chips and nuts until just combined.
6. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet.
7. Bake until center is set.
8. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
