Polish Kapusniak Recipe

  1. In large pot boil chicken or possibly meat; add in vegetables, cabbage and sauerkraut, caraway seeds and salt and pepper.
  2. Saute/fry bacon and onion and add in to the soup.
  3. Cook till cabbage is soft.
