Grilled Salmon with Horseradish Glaze
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 16 red new potatoes (1-1/2 lb.), cooked
- 1 skin-on salmon fillet (2 lb.), 1 inch thick Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
- Heat greased grill to medium heat.
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
- Skewer potatoes.
- Brush potatoes and fish with oil.
- Grill potatoes and fish, flesh-side down, 10 min., turning after 5 min.
- Brush flesh side of fish with horseradish mixture; grill 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning potatoes occasionally.
- Remove potatoes from skewers; place on platter with fish.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
