Prosciutto Baguette
- 1 baguette; 6" long
- 6 slice prosciutto
- 3 thin slices provolone cheese
- 1 handful arugula
- 2 peppadew; julienne
- 1/8 red onion; julienne
- 1 tbsp sub oil
- to taste mayonnaise
- to taste dijon mustard
- Toast baguette with sub oil.
- Mayo on bottom.
- Layer prosciutto, cheese, arugula, peppadew, and red onions.
- Dijon on top.
