Breakfast Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir sausage, veggies and eggs in a large skillet over medium heat until eggs are scrambled and set.
  3. Flatten each biscuit and place into a greased muffin tin covering bottom and sides forming a cup.
  4. Spoon sausage, veggie and egg mixture evenly into cups.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges of biscuit are golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately
