Arthur's Tofu
- 1 (3 ounce) package firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 6 -10 ounces spinach (one bag)
- 1. cube tofu into 3/4 inch cubes.
- 2.
- Toast sesames seeds on non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 3.
- Mix oyster sauce, sesame oil and fish sauce together.
- Add 1 - 2 tsp of water do dilute.
- 4.
- Add spinach to frying pan.
- Wilt and pour over tofu.
- 5.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
