Pistachio Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Stir in nuts.
  4. Pour into 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  6. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool cake 10 min.
  8. Remove rim.
  9. Transfer cake to wire rack; cool completely.
  10. Sprinkle with sugar before serving.
