Frosted Flake Crunch

  1. Put sugar and syrup into a pot on high, stirring constantly, and allow to boil for thirty seconds
  2. Add peanut butter and frosted flakes.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Cut into squares.
  7. Enjoy!
