Tuna Cheese Balls Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tuna
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. farmer cheese
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (2 ounce.) can mushrooms, minced, liquid removed
- Drain tuna; put into a large bowl and break into fine flakes with a fork.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls.
- Chill.
- Serve plain or possibly roll into minced beef, sesame seeds, minced parsley or possibly minced nuts.
- Makes 3 dozen balls.
