Homemade Meatball Sub
- 1 1/2 Roll of ground beef
- 2 tbsp Mince garlic
- 1 tsp Parley,oregano,Italian seasoning
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 1/2 cup Crush pineapples
- 1 Bayleaf
- 1 large can crush tomatoes
- 1 can Dice tomatoes with peppers
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Garlic salt
- 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
- 2 packages Sub rolls
- Take your ground beef and add half the seasoning,eggs,bread crumbs,pineapples and form large meatballs.place them in the oven and bake until done and drain.place the 2 can of tomatoes in a boiler with pineapples,sugar,Worcester sauce,bay leaf,rest of the seasoning and simmer for about 30 minutes.
