Vegetarian Burritos

  1. In large skillet, combine vegetables, beans, and chili powder.
  2. Boil, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Spoon half cup veggie mixture down center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with cheese and any other of the toppings you want.
  5. Roll up and eat.
