Cheesy Beef Enchiladas
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500g beef strips
- 1 cup (250ml) enchiladas or taco sauce
- 8 enchiladas tortillas
- 1/4 cup sliced spring onions
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- green salad / rice to serve
- Heat oil in a large frying pan, brown the beef until cooked.
- Stir in half the enchiladas sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Place tortillas in microwave on HIGH for one minute or until warmed.
- Spoon two tablespoons of beef on the centre of tortilla, sprinkle with the spring onions.
- Roll and place seam down on a greased baking tray, cover with remaining enchiladas sauce and cream cheese spread.
- BAKE for 8-10 minutes at 180C.
- Serve with a green salad or rice.
