Pot De Creme' Recipe
- 1 c. chocolate bits (semi-sweet)
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In medium saucepan over medium heat heat butter and chocolate bits; add in lowfat milk and sugar.
- Bring to full boil, stirring constantly, approximately 10 min.
- Add in vanilla.
- May be served hot or possibly cool on desserts of your choice.
- Very thick and creamy good.
- Makes 3 c..
