Lo Cal Rhubarb Crisp Recipe
- 3 c. minced fresh rhubarb
- 2 Packages diet strawberry Jello
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 c. butter
- Place rhubarb on bottom of ungreased 9" square pan.
- Sprinkle gelatin over rhubarb.
- Lightly spoon flour into measuring c..
- Combine ingredients in medium bowl; mix well.
- Spoon over fruit.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or possibly till golden.
- May be topped with lo-cal topping when ready to serve.
