Buffalo Chicken Balls

  1. Combine the chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Form into small meatballs, place on a baking sheet, spray with oil (Pam) and bake at 400 degrees till lightly browned.
  3. In a skillet, heat butter and combine with Frank's Red Hot.
  4. Toss meatballs in the sauce, serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip.
