Buffalo Chicken Balls
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 12 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 14 cup Frank's red hot sauce
- Combine the chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Form into small meatballs, place on a baking sheet, spray with oil (Pam) and bake at 400 degrees till lightly browned.
- In a skillet, heat butter and combine with Frank's Red Hot.
- Toss meatballs in the sauce, serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip.
