Classic Gibson

• 8 ounces gin
• 2 ounces dry vermouth
• 4 cocktail onions

1. Add the gin and vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until very cold.
3. Strain into chilled martini glasses and garnish each with 2 cocktail onions skewered onto a toothpick.
4. Serve immediately.
