Far East Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. COOK and stir chicken in hot oil in large frying pan over medium heat until lightly browned.
  2. STIR chicken broth, soya sauce, cornstarch and seasonings in small bowl.
  3. ADD broth mixture to frying pan and bring to a boil.
  4. MIX in vegetables; reduce heat and simmer until heated through.
  5. RETURN to a boil and stir in rice.
  6. Cover and remove from heat.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  8. Fluff with a fork.
