Sweet Onion Baked Chops

• 6 bone in pork chops
• 1 large white onion sliced in thick slices
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 ketchup
• 1 sliced jalapeno (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Arrange chops on a baking sheet.
3. Spoon a tablespoon of brown sugar on each chop.
4. Place a slice of onion on each one.
5. Add a generous amount of ketchup to top of onions and top with jalapeno if desired.
6. Bake for 45 min.
7. Uncovered
8. Serve immediately with your choice of sides!
