Turkey Curry with Cashews

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions, celery and apples; cook 5 to 7 min.
  3. or until softened, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in garlic and curry powder; cook 1 min.
  5. Add Turkey Stock, turkey and nuts; stir.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Add cream cheese product and milk; cook and stir on medium-low heat 3 min.
  8. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is heated through.
  9. Serve turkey mixture over rice.
