Beef Oysters Recipe

• 3 x Large eggs separated
• 1/2 lb Grnd beef
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 1 dsh Pepper
• 1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Grated onion

1. Beat whites until stiff.
2. Beat yolks and mix with other ingredients.
3. Mix in whites.
4. Drop by Tbsp.
5. onto warm skillet.
6. Cook until puffy and turn to brown.
7. Place onto party rye or possibly Ritz crackers.
