Caesar Creamy Salad Dressing

  1. Blender: Add garlic and blend.
  2. Add anchovies and blend.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except olive oil.
  4. Blend.
  5. Add slowly the Bertoilli light olive oil.
  6. I prefer to use a used "Ragu" pasta sauce jar and it will fill it up to the top.
  7. It will remain fresh for up to a week.
