Red Beans and Barley W/ Ham Slow Cooker Stew

  1. Toss it in the crock pot all day.
  2. Cook 4 -5 on high and then drop it down another 4 at least on low.
  3. Take out the bay leaves and the chile peppers.
  4. Its better a day or two later.

barley, red kidney beans, chicken broth, garlic, onion, ham bone, bell pepper, celery, cajun seasoning, bay leaves, hot chili peppers
