Turkey Florentine (Biscuits Style)

  1. Heat butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add turkey and.
  3. onion, breaking up turkey; cook until onions are softened and turkey.

  5. Add mushrooms, spinach, pepper flakes and broth; cook 5 minutes.
  6. Add wine and mustard; increase heat to high and cook until reduced and thickened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove skillet from heat.
  8. Stir in mozzarella, salt and pepper.
  9. Separate refrigerated package dough into biscuits.
  10. Stretch or roll out to enlarge slightly.
  11. Put 1/3 cup filling in center.
  12. Stretch second biscuit; lay on top.
  13. Press down and seal edges.
  14. Bake in 400F oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden.
