Turkey Florentine (Biscuits Style)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 34 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 6 ounces mushrooms, sliced (about one cup)
- 6 ounces spinach, chopped (washed about 3 cups)
- 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 12 cup chicken broth
- 14 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 10 -12 biscuits (Pillsbury)

- Heat butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
