Curried Turkey Meatballs Recipe

• 1 pound grnd turkey
• 3 slices wheat bread (cubed)
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
• 1 teaspoon peeled chopped ginger root
• 1/8 teaspoon grnd cinnamon

1. Mix and form in 1-inch balls.
2. Bake in vegetable sprayed pan for 20 min.
3. Serve with sauce: 2 tbsp.
4. Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
5. Serve this sauce hot.
