Warm Chicken-Pecan Salad
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Pecan Pieces
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
- Spray grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook on medium-high heat 5 min.
- on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F).
- Remove chicken from pan; cool slightly.
- Chop chicken; place in medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
- Serve warm.
