Grilled Lemon Fish with Asparagus

  1. Mix dressing and lemon juice.
  2. Pour half over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Reserve remaining dressing mixture for later use.
  6. For each serving: Place 2 lemon slices on grill; top with 1 fish fillet.
  7. Brush fish with about 1 tsp.
  8. (5 mL) of the reserved dressing mixture.
  9. Grill fish on medium heat 5 min.
  10. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Meanwhile, place 2 of the remaining lemon slices and 4 oz.
  12. (115 g) asparagus on grill; brush with about 1 tsp.
  13. (5 mL) of the reserved dressing mixture.
  14. Grill 5 min.
  15. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  16. Transfer fish to serving plate.
  17. Discard lemon slices under fish.
  18. Serve fish with asparagus and remaining grilled lemon slices.
