Grilled Lemon Fish with Asparagus
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 24 each tilapia fillets (4 oz./115 g each) Walmart Supercenter 1 pkg For $10.98 thru 02/14
- lemons, each cut into 4 slices
- fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- Mix dressing and lemon juice.
- Pour half over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- to marinate.
- Reserve remaining dressing mixture for later use.
- For each serving: Place 2 lemon slices on grill; top with 1 fish fillet.
- Brush fish with about 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) of the reserved dressing mixture.
- Grill fish on medium heat 5 min.
- on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, place 2 of the remaining lemon slices and 4 oz.
- (115 g) asparagus on grill; brush with about 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) of the reserved dressing mixture.
- Grill 5 min.
- or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
- Transfer fish to serving plate.
- Discard lemon slices under fish.
- Serve fish with asparagus and remaining grilled lemon slices.
