Simply Sauced Sirloin

  1. Sprinkle pepper over steak.
  2. Broil 5-8 minutes per side.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in wine in small saucepan.
  4. Stir in soup, green onion, lemon juice and tarragon.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce boils.
  6. Simmer over low heat 2 minutes.
  7. Slice steak thinly across the grain and serve with sauce.
