Taco macaroni and cheese

  1. Brown and drain burger
  2. Stir in taco seasoning, rotel tomatoes, beef broth and elbow noodles
  3. Reduce heat to low and cover.
  4. Simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  5. Meanwhile, make cheese sauce.
  6. In pan, melt butter and whisk in flour.
  7. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  8. Whisk in milk and bring to a boil.
  9. Once smooth and thick, remove from heat and stir in cheese.
  10. Stir until melted.
  11. Pour over hamburger mixture and stir to combine.
  12. Enjoy!
