AMIEs Ferrero Rocher COCO Candy balls
- 1 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 2/3 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut flakes
- 3/4 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 100 grams white chocolate ( warm melted)
- 1 finely shredded coconut flakes (to cover the candy balls)
- Bring milk and sugar in a pot to boil and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from the heat.
- Add the vanilla wafers, mixing well until well blended.
- Add the coconut flakes and butter.
- Mix well until well incorporated.
- Make balls and coat each with melted white chocolate and hazelnuts.
- (You can do this without coating with chocolate, if desired.)
- Then cover the balls with coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve, share and enjoy the deliciousness!
