Bisquick Banana Nut Bread Recipe
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. bananas, mashed
- 3/4 c. nuts, minced
- Mix Bisquick, sugar, flour, egg and lowfat milk; beat vigorously with spoon one-half minute.
- Stir in mashed bananas and minced nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 min.
- Cold slightly before removing from pan.
- Cold thoroughly before slicing.
- Delicious served with cream cheese and pineapple spread.
