Bisquick Banana Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Mix Bisquick, sugar, flour, egg and lowfat milk; beat vigorously with spoon one-half minute.
  2. Stir in mashed bananas and minced nuts.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 min.
  5. Cold slightly before removing from pan.
  6. Cold thoroughly before slicing.
  7. Delicious served with cream cheese and pineapple spread.
