Fluffy Cranberry Orange Pie

  1. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Stir until jelly thickens (3 to 5 minutes).
  4. Remove any unmelted ice.
  5. FOLD jelly into 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) whipped topping; blend until smooth.
  6. Fold in cranberry sauce and orange rind.
  7. REFRIGERATE 20 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened.
  8. SPOON into crumb crust.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  10. GARNISH with remaining whipped topping, sugared cranberries and orange slices.
