Beef Stroganoff Crepes Recipe

  1. Make basic crepes.
  2. Saute/fry onion & garlic in butter till the onion is soft.
  3. Slice the mushrooms thinly & and to pan.
  4. Cook five min.
  5. Cut steak into thin strips & add in to pan along with cumin, marjoram, worcestershire & tomato sauce.
  6. Stir frequently & cook till the meat browns.
  7. Add in the wine, stock, salt, pepper & cook till meat is tender.
  8. Add in lowfat sour cream & heat just till hot.
  9. Now fill each crepe with stroganoff mix.
  10. Fold over & put into shallow buttered baking dish.
  11. Bake at 350F in oven for 20 min.
  12. Sprinkle with chives & serve.
